June 1st, 2009

English composer and painter Richard Moult has worked with artists like David Tibet, United Bible Studies, Far Black Furlong and Agitated Radio Pilot. Suite for Hippolyte is a timeless, abstract composition with an atmosphere that is mystical, organic and natural. It will be appreciated by lovers of evocative classical and ambient music, as well as those into the works of Michael Cashmore, Nature and Organisation and Current 93.

:EOL02: – Maarten van der VleutenA True & Faithful Relation of What Passed For Many Years Between Dr. John Dee And Some Spirits
May 1st, 2010

New full-length album by Dutch producer Maarten van der Vleuten. Maarten has been active for over two decades as a producer, DJ, and composer of various forms of electronic music, ranging from techno to house, experimental, and ambient. On this latest album, he combines upbeat ritualistic ambient tracks with calmer compositions, obscure drones and vocal samples. The album was inspired by the works of John Dee, court consultant to Queen Elizabeth I, and one of the most prominent magi of the Elizabethan Renaissance. The esoteric theme is reflected in the music, as well as the artwork and design, which features original images from Dee’s work, as well as handmade linocuts in 39 different colour schemes of Dee’s Monas Hieroglyphica, handmade by Phil Legard of Xenis Emputae Travelling Band and Larkfall Recordings.

Solar Compilation

To be confirmed

The aim of the solar compilation is to combine all the things our label represents. It will be an album with work by different artists surrounding the theme of The Sun. It will feature new musical work, but also poetry, stories, photographs, and other visual art. To present this in the best way possible, we’d like to produce a gatefold (double) LP with an LP-sized booklet. Several artists have confirmed to cooperate on this project, but we are still looking for more submission. If you would like to contribute to this endeavour, please contact us.
